The juxtaposition of warp and woof in the loom, creates a unique fabric of colorful pixels. Its particular palette is a synthesis of the vivid tones wore by dancers of the Candelaria, a celebration in the Peruvian altiplano that is one of the biggest and most ancient carnivals in the world
About Your Piece: This piece is made by a group of women seamstresses in Peru, each piece is done with attention to detail and care. The cotton has been harvested in an organic mill in Peru that dedicates their time in creating low impact fibers.
